Welcome to Organic Bazar Online (OrganicBazarOnline.com). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and purchase of organic goods. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. User Account Registration

To place orders and manage delivery details, you must create a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for restricting unauthorized access to your device. As requested, your session remains persistent until you explicitly logout.

2. Product Catalog and Pricing

All items in our catalog (including farm vegetables, fruits, grains, oils, and dairy) are subject to harvest availability. We reserve the right to modify prices and product details at any time. In the event of a listing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Estimated delivery timelines are computed using pincode location checks. Free delivery is provided on orders exceeding ₹499. While we aim for prompt deliveries, harvest logistics or weather conditions may occasionally alter delivery slots.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh farm produce (vegetables, exotic fruits, dairy paneer), cancellations or returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, sour, or differs from the listing description.

5. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
